As a successful worker, it is important to start off with a positive attitude and awareness for personal responsibility to yourselves and coworkers to work carefully and be well. The Occupational Wellness Manager knows that when our workers are feeling confident and supported by ABL and their onsite supervisors, we are setting you up for a successful work day.

ork assignments can be flexible and you can have more than one at a time
Operate only equipment for which you are qualified and trained
Report unsafe working conditions to your supervisor and ABL
Keep all your equipment and gear in good working order


Skills you learn at the worksite will be valuable in helping you reach your career goals
Asking questions is the best way to obtain the information you need
Focus on the job and tasks and avoid distractions such as cell phones
Energize with water through out the day to keep yourself hydrated.
 

Stretch your muscles before and after each shift
Upbeat tempo should start your days
Choose the safe way to perform a task not just the quickest way
Challenge yourself everyday to have A Better Life
Educate yourself regarding workplace hazards and how to avoid them
Safety gear always need to be worn for on the worksite
Seek the positive in every situation. With every experience, there is a valuable lesson to be learned
