ABL Employment is looking to hire Reservation Agents for our client in Guelph, ON. You will be communicating directly with the public to assist with reservations and answering a variety of related questions for government- operated parks, campgrounds, habours and marinas. This job is a contract position for the camping season.

Details about the Job:
– Successful candidates will complete 3-week paid training class
– Week 1: Monday – Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM
– Week 2: You will be scheduled for regular shifts, based on your availability
– Week 3: Monday – Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM
– Our hours of operation are 7 AM – 11 PM, 7 days a week
– After training is complete you can expect to be scheduled 25-35 hrs/week, part-time hours also available.

Job Duties/ Responsabilités de l’emploi
– 85% of the time, you will be answering calls and chat inquires from customers/ 85% du temps, vous répondrez aux appels et aux demandes des divers clients
