Full time Opening in Delta! Client Care and QA Support Needed
Must be able to work full time long term
Responsibilities
– Maintain professional verbal, written, and in-person communications with clients and visitors at the facility level
– Develop understanding of client’s business and products – foster strong ties through exceptional support
– Use problem-solving skills along with a positive attitude to help navigate clients through the challenge at hand
– Maintain a stellar relationship with the client using a solution-focused approach
– Answer phones and greet visitors at reception; field any client related inquiries while facilitating any non-client inquiries with the appropriate internal facility-based parties
– Assist clients in all system-based SKU, user, and order-related setup and maintenance
– Contact carriers on client’s behalf to arrange the return, re-route, and/or hold-at-location of orders in transit
– Run and provide freight rate quotes to clients when prompted
– Help client contacts in learning to navigate the client portal to put our system’s power in their hands
Day to day support
– Mail handling – Sort, process, and forwarding of mail as needed
– Provide assistance with any order related issues and questions
– Sort pick tickets and other documents for filing (daily)
Qualifications
– Previous experience in client relations or other customer-facing rolls
– Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
– Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
– Type 40 to 50 WPM
– Able to navigate various computer applications, retrieving relevant information to respond to and service customer inquiries
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Great personal skills
– Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
– Previous experience in the logistics or 3PL industry
– Knowledge/experience managing small parcel and truck carrier account relationships
– Previous experience in enterprise level sales support an asset
