Responsibilities:
– Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers, overseeing performance and career development.
– Lead structural projects, including scope, estimates, proposals, and resource management.
– Serve as the structural lead on complex projects, managing teams of 5+ engineers and designers.
– Ensure successful project execution, maintaining quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
– Collaborate with engineering disciplines and project managers for effective resource allocation.
– Develop engineering deliverables, adhering to design standards and codes (Canadian and American).
– Approve and manage project changes with client sign-off.
– Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
– Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including leadership and project management.
– P.Eng designation (Canada) required.
– Proven experience leading and mentoring teams.
– Strong knowledge of building codes and structural design.
