Door Installation Manager NEW

As the Install Manager, you will be in charge of overseeing the operation and safety of the install department for both residential and commercial clients. Your main focus will be on team safety and equipment management, including overseeing the installation of doors and systems. We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role.

Requirements:
– OSSD (Ontario Secondary School Diploma) required, post-secondary education in business preferred but not required
– At least 2 years of experience in management, preferably in the garage door industry
– Knowledgeable in scheduling, delegation, problem resolution, procurement processes, and OHSA regulations
– Valid G license
– Must have your own vehicle to get to and from work and job sites
– CPR / First-aid trained
– Mechanical aptitude and experience with door opening systems
– Strong communication and computer skills
– Strong leadership skills and ability to develop strategic initiatives

Responsibilities include:
– Install management / day-to-day operations
– Ensure the completion and accuracy of all work orders prior to installation
– Equipment management – ensure that the fleet of equipment is in working order
– Safety and compliance
– Team leadership and development
– Customer satisfaction – help answer questions, build a partnership, and coordinate with our customers
– Administrative tasks and reporting

Shift:
– Monday to Friday 7am to 4:30pm

Salary:
– $70,000 / year
