Bilingual French Speaking Customer Service Representative At One Of Canada’s Largest Telecommunication Companies!
Must be fluent in English and French, Some customers may only speak French, fully fluent is required.
FULL-TIME, PERMANENT ROLE – 40+ HOURS PER WEEK.

We have a direct-hire job opportunity where you will be providing customer service support for a large telecommunications company!
Shift:
– Must be able to work full time (40 hours per week) on SIN
– You will work 8 to 9.5 hour shifts, 5 shifts per week
Hours of Operation are 7am-12am EST Mon-Sun. Must be flexible to work within these hours 40 hours a week
Your shift times will be assigned to you in advance
Must be fluent in English and French, Some customers may only speak French, fully fluent is required.
Requirements:
– Must be fluent in both French and English
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Customer service or call centre experience
– Must have your computer hard-wired to the internet
A French Language assessment will be required at the time of your interview, Computer skills are required as an online assessment will need to be completed before your interview time.

Pay rate for ONTARIO workers:
$18.90/hour during training
$19.25/hour after training
Job duties include:
– Bilingual in French and English, some calls may involve only speaking French
– Communicate with customers through inbound calls that have questions about the products and services offered
– Identify customer needs through active listening to answer questions, assist with troubleshooting or make product recommendations based on the customers need.
– Take payment, explain charges and help customers to navigate self-serve
– Use multiple computer systems to research products, services, common problems and solutions offered
– Document customer needs, interactions and outcomes in the appropriate tool or system
