Part-Time Medical Office Administrator NEW

Are you a friendly, organized, and compassionate individual looking to be part of a welcoming team? We are seeking a dedicated Medical Office Administrator to join our family practice! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent communication skills.

Location: Ancaster, ON

Wage: $18/hour – weekly pay every Friday plus 4% vacation pay is added on top

Schedule:
– Tuesdays & Thursdays: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
– Fridays: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering and directing phone calls
– Calling patients to confirm appointments
– Greeting and directing patients to exam rooms
– Preparing exam rooms for patient visits
– Data entry, filing, faxing, and emailing

Requirements:
– Telus PS Suite experience is a must
– Post Secondary Education in Medical Office Administration
– Friendly and professional demeanor
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
