Traffic Controller – Construction NEW

Our client, a local Canadian construction company that has been in business for 40 years, is looking for a traffic controller to join their team ASAP!

This position starts off as a one-month project but there is the opportunity for other projects in the future!

We are looking for someone who is:
– Experienced in traffic control / construction
– Able to work 40 hours per week on your SIN
– Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
– Able to stand for long periods of time
– Able to travel to and from St. Thomas

Having your own hardhat and safety vest is an asset but not required.

What you will be doing:
– Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic at construction sites, events, or roadways to ensure safety
– Use signs, signals, and communication tools to manage flow and prevent accidents
– This position requires alertness and good communication skills

Pay rate:
– $23/hour
– Weekly pay every Friday by direct deposit
